UPDATE - someone reached out to me after posting my original review and got me on the schedule the day after parts arrived. This was much appreciated! The tech was friendly and worked quickly. My fridge is now cold. I feel it says a lot about this company that they cared about my review and made it right. Samsung assigned this company for my repair. My refrigerator is not working. They have my parts coming in on the 27th of July but can't schedule me until August 2nd. I have a small child that still drinks milk and I homemake my dogs food due to severe allergies. Ice in coolers melt and the water gets in the food. Ice is expensive, eating out is expensive. Samsung and I have both kindly asked they make my ticket an urgent matter and they refuse to do so. I understand that you have scheduled appointments but you usually prioritize an urgent matter over a non urgent one. The only offer is a cancelation list. I feel unimportant to this company. Hopefully my review will not affect the quality of their work and I can update it later with a better outlook.

I've used Everest to keep my 2011 LG Washing Machine and Dryer going for several years. I appreciate the ability to keep these appliances working. Other repair services have actually recommended I REPLACE these machines, which was obviously the advice of someone who could not diagnose a problem. Having worked with at least 3 different technicians, I can also say that this company does a good job of hiring and training competent talent. They all clearly understand how to troubleshoot. It may take a couple of visits, if you need to order a part, but so much better than getting a new machine!

Home Depot did a lazy job of installing my dishwasher and Everest did a thorough check and made small but noticeable adjustments. My door closes much more securely and I’m not worried about my dishwasher leaking onto my kitchen floor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I had warranty service done, so I can’t speak to the price.

Everest was our savior!!! We bought a new GE fridge and had problems for months. GE was horrible to work with!! The first company took 3 weeks to get too us just to look at it. Then order parts…. Came out to fix it and it worked for a day. They never returned my calls. We were always pleasant with them too. GE sent Everest out to our home and he fixed the leak from the previous company. Plus he has checked on the fridge twice since he left. You should DEMAND GE send out Everest as the appliance repair service to come to your home!!!!!
